The Ayurvedic approach of stress management is focused on relieving the stress from the nervous system, while improving the relaxation of entire body. Ayurvedic stress management include ; abhyanga,  siro dhara, takradhara , sirovasti, ,nasya, thalam, snehavasti, pizhichil, njavravkizhi, karnapurana, steam bath  along with internal medication, meditation, yoga,pranayama etc . This package is for 5 days, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days. The duration per day is 2-3 hours depending upon body condition of person.
